Dimond Hill Farm is welcoming members of Five Rivers Conservation Trust for a tour of the farm’s property and a tasting of seasonal crops next week.

The Concord farm conserved more than 100 acres of its land, working in partnership with the conservation trust, the city of Concord, Equity Trust, the Preservation Alliance and the Trust for Public Lands. Five Rivers now holds a conservation easement of 132 acres of the property, which ensures that land use restrictions are upheld and the land remains available for future farmers, according to a press release from the nonprofit organization.

Next Thursday, members of the nonprofit can tour the farm, managed by Jane Presby, and sample crops such as broccoli, tomatoes and zucchini.

The tour and taste will be held at Dimond Hill Farm, 314 Hopkinton Road in Concord, on Aug. 20 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. RSVP by Monday to 225-7225 or info@5rct.org. A donation of $10 from members is suggested. Nonmembers can become members and then attend the event for free. For more information, visit 5rct.org.
